Weve had this chair for about 5 months now (since October 2017) and have 0 complaints. Its attractive and comfortable, and was easy to put together (one person in about 20 min). Unlike others here, mine came in a boxof course, that doesnt mean it IS a , but its comfortable, sturdy and attractive, so I dont really care! Will be buying from them again
