The product arrived a little banged up, with a few scratches a dent in one of the legs - which wasnt surprising when I saw the state of the box it arrived in. It took me and a 15 yr old about two hours to put it together (an extra set of hands is highly recommended and necessary near the end). Instructions were easy to understand and everything in the package was labeled. Only complaint from 15 yr old thus far is bed is a little wiggly and a little high but definitely an upgrade.
