We had some missing parts due to box damage on shipping so I contacted Maxwood directly via email and they were very kind, responsive, and efficient in getting us the parts as soon as possible. This is a “buy again item for me if needed.
Additional note: bought Modway Aveline 8 Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattress which has worked quite well with it.
