Arrived early. Accidentally got 2 right arms. Customer service could not have been better to swap out wrong arm. My mother is ecstatic about it. It is a game changer for her. Has helped in her hip surgery recovery. Highly recommend. Very reasonable price. And I researched many chairs. This one is a winner!!!! Looks great too. She LOVES it.
