Customer support from this company was exceptional. I didnt buy this on but I just had to comment being that I am thinking of buying another. Great mattress, people! Cushy but supportive. WAAYY better than that Casper mattress that the internet advertisers keep going on about. You can sit on the edges of this futon and not sag down, unlike the Casper. This one also holds up well to time and daily use. Not recommended for a mattress that you want to use as a sofa option- this one is suited as a bed and I sleep on it every night. Highly recommended- I have bought much more expensive items from futon shops but this has been surprisingly better.
