Lots of space. I bought this frame almost three years ago and it has survived three moves and a lot of abuse. It really is only meant for one person (Im a small, adult woman living in tight quarters for grad school) but when you need extra space and dont mind a climb up and down for sleeping? Exceptional. Ive never felt unsafe or that it was going to come apart or anything. Putting it together is a little bit of a chge, even with multiple people, but nothing some patience doesnt fix.
