Value. Easy to put together. It does take 2 people but my 10 year old son loves this!!! The bed will shake as you climb the ladder and with it being straight up and down and narrow steps you just have to be careful. We have 8 ft ceilings and he can sit up without hitting his head. He is already 411 and 105lbs. But its perfect for him and the price was just what we were looking for.
