First time I ordered this bed I only got one box. Contacted and days later got a replacement. which only was the second box I needed at least.
Took a few hours to put together. It seems a bit shaky and has quite a bite of scratches on the frame and very noticeable ones on the ladder. Pretty disappointed overall. That was a problem!!
