The reason it is a 4-stars instead of a 5-stars rating is that the bed makes squeaked when my daughter turns (laying down) on her bed and she is 10 years old who is 55 lbs
So I got this because I share a roon with my kid, have a king size bed, and wanted to put his bed over mine. It did the job perfectly and matches my other various brands of other black metal furniture/lighting. Pretty sturdy and doesnt creek when rolling normally during sleep. Easy assembly as well. The ladder is as comfortable on bare feet as it looks, but thats how it is on a compact minimalist unit like this.
I bought this bed for my granddaughter to organize her tiny room. This bed is nice space saver and she loves sitting underneath it while watching TV.
The only issue I have with it is 2 important pieces were left out of the box when it shipped to us and I dont know how to get in touch with the company to have them replaced.
Delivery was great, easy to put together. My son is on the hefty side and it works great. I do need to secure it to the wall.
On the downside. The stairs are a little difficult to climb and u need to climb over the highest rail.
Very happy with this loft bed. When we got it, the box was torn and styrofoam packing was broken and coming out. However, the pieces were all in great condition with no damage. The bed took two people a couple hours to put together but it went together easily. This bed fits great with our 7.5 ft ceilings. My 10 year old has room to sit up in bed without hitting the ceiling.

Assembly is not too hard. Definitely should have 2 people to do this. Have had this since June and it has held up very nicely.

While the profile is low... That is it no thrills, no frills,... No handles for?... No fitty mattress.. Meh

is the ladder removable?
is the ladder removable and what is the hight from floor to bottom of the futon framing. I need to know what size mattress will fit.
