This bed took an entire, nearly empty room to lay out the pieces for assembly. Do not try to assemble this bed in a very small room or cluttered space. There are hundreds of pieces, but the instructions are clear and accurate. The overall design of the bed is excellent and this will serve us well for years to come. we bought this for a guest bedroom, and in less than a week after assembly, my wife has purchased another to replace our master BR bed!
Its an good product, but it took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did arrive it was missing critical pieces and now Im stuck with a bed that has not being assembled. If it takes more than a week for them to send the pieces that are missing this was not worth it just based off the poor experience with their quality of managing their shippings.
This bed is amazing. Im in love. Bought it for my room that has limited storage space and it fits perfectly. Installation is easy and straightforward if you follow directions. I love it. Even my mom wants to get one for herself.
The company switched parts c and d when labeling the parts. Due to this error the wrong brackets were attached incorrectly. This mistake wasnt discovered until step 10. The entire product had to be taken apart and corrected. Super pissed!

Not too high you dont need a boxspring and very smooth to the touch on the upholstery .

Lifesaver!
This bed frame is great! Had a friend help with assembly so it was fairly quick. The under bed area stores a great amount!
