Brought this for a friend of mine who had to have radiation on her buttocks in addition to be in her 80s. She could not get comfortable. This chair has prepared her for the future for those tough days of getting to her feet as well as having fun in her new chair.
I bought this for my tall husband. He said it is very comfortable and it must be because he always drifts off in it. Assembly was very easy and quick. You can have the heat on without the massage by hitting a body part button (back, legs, etc.) twice.
Arrived early. Accidentally got 2 right arms. Customer service could not have been better to swap out wrong arm. My mother is ecstatic about it. It is a game changer for her. Has helped in her hip surgery recovery. Highly recommend. Very reasonable price. And I researched many chairs. This one is a winner!!!! Looks great too. She LOVES it.
We needed a lift chair ahead of pending abdominal surgery. Tried several in stores and measured for correct seat depth etc. The order came promptly, and took about 30 minutes to assemble / be thoughtful with the cable routing so they dont get pinched by the mechanism! Lifts, reclines, massages and heats like it should, although getting heat without massage is unnecessarily complex. Build and finish seem good.

Bad Message Remote!!
We dont like that the Remote for Message stopped working after only 2 Weeks we want to return the chair!!!!
Must Have
It was a little tricky to assemble and the recline remote did not work. Replacement sent in a timely manner and all is good
